Escape to the mountains in a spacious, luxury cabin sitting high atop a ridge on 13 private acres. Enjoy a hike on one of the property's nature trails, relax on the deck with a glass of wine or take a dip in the hot tub. The cabin is close to the Blue Ridge parkway, Chateau Morrisette Winery, Villa Appalaccia Winery and the Floyd Fest music venue. Floyd, a darling town brimming with music, art, culture and great food, is a short drive away.
The property is very close to several local attractions, but allows you to get away from it all and reconnect with nature. The property has walking trails that lead to a peaceful creekside picnic area.

Let's make it easy! to begin, enter Chateau Morrisette into your GPS and once you make it to the winery, follow the directions below. If you enter the cabin address, your GPS will tell you that you've arrived at the cabin before you actually have. Make note of any listed driving distances, they'll be helpful if arriving after dark!
--> Turn onto Winery road from Black Ridge Road.
--> Pass Chateau Morrisette on your right.
--> Keep driving past the NO OUTLET sign.
--> Pass the cabin with the fence and American flag. You're almost to the gravel road.
--> Look for the End State Maintenance sign on the left and mailboxes on the right. Veer to the right and follow Winery Road. You'll be on the gravel road for 1/2 of a mile.
--> After 1/10 of a mile, the road makes a sharp curve to the left. Keep to he left at the blue gate to stay on Winery Road.
--> Look for the split rail fence and the yellow POSTED sign on the tree. Our driveway is on the left 4/10 of a mile after the blue gate. Turn left into the driveway.
